Its fun just not the best server for builders 3/5

I've honestly really enjoyed this server. The players are nice and there is a lot to do. However after playing a few weeks I have began to notice that this is not really the best server for builders who want to make RP style bases. The server has quite a few rules about what you can and cant do with your base. The two rules which caused me the most headache as a builder are the rules regarding only having one base regardless of size and a rule outright banning fences on the server. My frustration with the base limit began when I built a detached garage no further than 20 meters from my main base, both builds were well below the max base dimensions even when combining the dimensions of both unfortunately my garage was destroyed the next day. While I can very much understand this rule it is still frustrating as a builder. The rule regarding fences however is what really frustrated me. I had erected a fence around my base being sure to read the rules first to ensure I was not violating them. I had my fence up for over a week with no issues and even multiple admins seeing it and saying nothing. However after a week or so my fence was destroyed by the staff with no explanation, following this I re-read the rules multiple times over and determined i had not violated any rules. After this i decided to crate a ticket asking what rule i had broken. After a few hours I went back to check the ticket it and it was gone. I eventually made the decision to rebuild the fence as I believed I had broken no rules. Later an admin got on and forced me to destroy the fence telling me he had explained everything in the ticket. this frustrated me as they clearly deleted the ticket before I was able to read it without even sending me a transcript or any way for me to look at it. Overall I really enjoyed my time on this sever but will be leaving after this wipe in search for a more builder friendly RP server.
