Does Vanilla mean what I think it means?

I made this server (100% pure Vanilla) after reading some comments on Steam regarding the lack of Vanilla servers. There are many servers who promote that they are Vanilla when in fact they add a lot of extras to the game.

Does it need a different map?
Does this fill a niche?
Does Vanilla mean something else to you?
Or do you not like Vanilla at all?
