Unturned Update 3.10.4.0

Unturned update 3.10.4.0 has been released in the preview branch on Steam.

If you're interested in testing out this upcoming update head on over to the Preview branch! You can gain access by right clicking on Unturned in your Steam library, selecting properties, navigating to the Betas tab and entering the secret passcode "OPERATIONMAPLELEAF".

Additions:

Added "Owner [SteamID]" command to allow full server setup without console.

Improvements:

Improved respawning to have a 30 second home timer on PvP servers.
Improved respawning to have a 10 second rapid respawn timer.
Improved leaving to have a 10 second timer on PvP servers.
Improved help command to sort alphabetically.

Tweaked give command to create full items.

Fixed crazy insane wow texture bug.
