Unturned Update 3.9.9.1

Unturned update 3.9.9.1 has been released in the preview branch on Steam.

Tweaks: 

• Tweaked vehicle 3rd person camera distance a bit lower.

Fixes: 

• Fixed leaning reversed in 3rd person when left handed. 
• Fixed steering hands reversed in 1st person when left handed. 
• Fixed binoculars to zoom out when swapping to 3rd person. 
• Fixed some errors related to weapon attachments. 
• Fixed equipment quality in the wrong order. 
• Fixed major network errors in equipment. 
• Fixed reliability of important player setup. 
• Fixed skeleton not activating on the server. 
• Fixed blowtorch effects/animations. 
• Fixed camera blocked by power line. 
• Fixed equipment asset not reset. 
• Fixed flashing screen when swapping seats in vehicles.

Since there were quite a few bugs needed fixing the 1st/3rd only option will be added once 3rd person has been thoroughly tested. 

It seems that the "no damage" issues on the server should be fixed, but report it if you find that still happening.
