Unturned update 3.9.6.0 has been released in the preview branch on Steam.

Added ability to configure spawned quality for items with "Quality_Min" and "Quality_Max" the defaults being 10 and 90 respectively, and a small chance of 100%.
Added unsealed foods to spawns and more organic food to other locations.
Added quality percentage information to context menu.

Tweaks:

Tweaked unsealed foods to spawn with lower quality.

Fixes:

Fixed a few of the smaller spawn balance issues.
Fixed arrow to only show on structure types that it matters for.
